The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the combatants confronted each other to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will really want to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
However, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest financial successes, regularly earning huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As the two fighters engaged in the usual confrontation, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
